Matthew Scheumann was just in for his very first visit to the dentist! He did such a great job! He loved visiting Grandpa (Dr. Scheumann) and Aunt Jess (Dr. Pickard) at work. Matthew enjoys going the park, watching movies, and playing with his sister, Myla. He also loves to watch Cars, the Polar Express and, his very favorite, Thomas the Train.

Girl Scout cookie sales began January 13 and will continue through March 13. You can purchase the cookies for $3.50 a box in eight different varieties- Thin Mints, Shortbread, Peanut Butter Patties, Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Carmel deLites, Thanks-A-Lot, Shout Outs! and Lemonades. After the yearly cookie sales, the girls from the different troops decide how to spend their earnings by planning projects and goals to learn valuable lifelong skills. You can find a nearby cookie sale by visiting gsnim.org or using the new iTunes app.

Sometimes despite all efforts, teeth cannot be saved and then they have to be extracted or removed from the mouth. This does not mean that you have to live without a tooth; there are replacement options available, and these will be discussed with you in detail at your appointment.
